These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "You", or "Your") and ratu33 (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and participate in any gambling activity on ratu33. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years old or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds forfeited.
The ratu33 platform is designed and operated for players resident in Indonesia. You must be physically located within Indonesia when accessing the Platform and placing wagers. Use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from gambling online.
Each Player is permitted one (1) account only. Opening multiple accounts, or attempting to do so, is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered under the same identity, IP address, payment method, or household, we reserve the right to suspend all associated accounts and void all wagers.
To create an account, you must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. All information must match the details on your government-issued identification document (KTP or other valid ID). Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.
ratu33 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, you will be required to submit identity verification documents, including a clear photo or scan of your KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), proof of address, and potentially additional documents at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
We strongly encourage all Players to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts for enhanced security. While not currently mandatory, 2FA may become a required security measure for certain account types or withdrawal limits in the future.
ratu33 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). We do not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit per transaction: Rp 50,000,000 (may vary by payment method). Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 100,000,000 for verified accounts. Higher VIP tiers may enjoy increased limits.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts during business days (Monday–Friday, WIB business hours). First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In accordance with international AML regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once before they become eligible for withdrawal. Deposits made solely for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gambling activity may be flagged, and additional documentation may be requested. Accounts suspected of money laundering or fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
ratu33 periodically offers bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. Bonus eligibility, amounts, and wagering requirements are determined at our sole discretion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover or turnover requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount, or bonus plus deposit, a specified number of times before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x. Specific requirements are detailed in each promotion's terms.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play with other accounts, or any form of bonus arbitrage, is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed, and all funds and bonuses forfeited.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion being cancelled, we will honor bonuses already credited to player accounts but may adjust terms as necessary.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and league in question, as well as our general betting rules. Settlement of bets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 official results for Indonesian domestic football). In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or voided, bets will be settled according to our standard rules for each sport.
All slot games, RNG table games, and other casino products on ratu33 use certified Random Number Generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by ratu33 or any player. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on each game's information page where available.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) results are settled based on official draw outcomes from Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), and Sydney (SDY) pools. ratu33 does not conduct the draws; we accept bets on official third-party results. Bet settlement is final once the official result is published.
Live dealer games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, etc.) are streamed in real-time from professional studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels, or dice, not RNG. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will continue and be settled according to the dealer's actions. Players will be able to view the result once reconnected.
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by product and market. We reserve the right to adjust limits, refuse any wager, or restrict the size of a wager at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected advantage play, arbitrage, or market manipulation.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and potential legal action. We may also report serious violations to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
The ratu33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and a seamless user experience, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, functionality, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. You use the platform at your own risk.
In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, incorrect odds display, or other platform error that affects the outcome or settlement of a wager, we reserve the right to void the affected wagers and refund stakes. We are not liable for losses arising from technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
ratu33 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, government action, internet outages, or failure of third-party service providers.
If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, bet settlement, or other aspect of your account, you must contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the disputed event. We will investigate the matter and respond within 14 business days. Our decision on disputes is final and binding, subject to applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ratu33's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to completion of wagering requirements and verification) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. For more information, please refer to our Responsible Gaming policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or if your account poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform. In the event of termination for cause, we may forfeit your balance and any pending bonuses.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wager) for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. After 18 months of inactivity, we may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or equivalent, deducted from your account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be permanently closed.
All content on the ratu33 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and game designs, is the property of ratu33 or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.
Your use of the ratu33 platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling operations. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
